Just because you threw away Billions of dollars a year in sales away by eliminating PSI instead of fixing it is on you.

I was PSE coordinator from 2012, to 2018 in 5 diff stores, with 5 different PSE's. Let me tell you, PSE program was broken since its inception, just like EVERY single policy and roll out Lowes has ever done because you have mo--nS in charge!
With no business acumen, or grounded philosophy guiding them.
PSE's - like all positions - have good competent ones, and chitheads. The dumb--ses we dont need to talk about. They screw up everything they touch but as long as they are "friends" with store managers and kiss a--, they get passes. Ive seen passes in my day boy! Like one dipchit selling all wrong roof shingles, do entire 18k job, then customer at end looks and says, hey, I didnt order black, I ordered desert tan. Front page of manual contract in big bold handwritten pen was ONYX BLACK. So we redid the entire job and lost the 18k + labor to remove. Great job! I could go on and on.
And OMG the illegal activities! Paying contractors under the table, over charging customers, billing for items never needed. You name it!
But the real prob is that of what is done to good, ethicasl PSE'S. They get chit installers, no help from the store or corp at all, and deliveries with XPO and the roll out of CPO destroyed not only the PSI & PSE programs, but also our customer base.
Our customersd are leaving in droves and when I say these thimngs politely and professionally all throughout these years, I am labaled a malcontent, troublemaker, and boat rocker. I am currently black-balled, and cannot get into stores / transfers.
Lowes is a dump and worsening, but its always been a dump. Donmt ever forget that. They dont care about you, customers, or any morals. They care abouit getting that buck in the darwer at any (unethical) means, and if you cant do it another "j--koff employee" will. THATS how they see you and the customer. THAT is a fact, and I have all the evidence to prove it.,
Remember when we all thought DE Shaw was gonna save us from Niblock?
Pse is on their own now. No help with leads, appointments,installer issues, warranty calls, project tool, IMS, CPO, complaints, delivery, or product issues.
Marvin is trying to justify shutting it down by saying it is unproductive (the PSE program)
It is another step in an all out attempt to sell this s---er and move out with a personal fortune for DE Shaw and Marvin.
Look for more senseless changes with the bent.
Our PSE screwed up a neighbors house so bad, (it took a year for a window install). My neighbors give me evil stares. Now I need a new central heating and air conditioner. Costco has the same brand and gives 15% cash back to use at their stores. I can’t trust Lowe’s, and my neighbors would probably throw rocks at the PSE and my house if they saw him in the neighborhood.
