Coi wont close. If anything, they will move chicago or interchange blocks from ela to coi. Coi directly supports ups commitment. Latc even after constructution cant handle the gates, support track, lifts and dray traffic. Ela is totally busted with dallas and memphis traffic. Ictf will never be a option because its out of the way, gating s---s and there is a port surcharge. Ictf can never get the right roundhouse or car setup to support premium. Btw, all the customer traffic originates in the inland empire. Up needs to grow a pair and build the new ramp at the ontario location. They wont, and thats why bn rules la.

I'm hearing that city of industry will also close in the los Angeles basin. No need to have four intermodal terminals with volumes so low!

Up talked itself into failing at g3.

They took down blocks to make pure cars, held traffic and then wondered why thier lift budget and service was so bad.

If theyd just use it to block swap and store empties like it wad built for, it wouldve helped the metro

Canal and g3? Up and up's customers ARE GETTING HOSED.

To think they can manage peak loads and empties only out of g4 g1 and g2 is a pipedream.

Canal, g3 and ydc were huge relief valves.
