They're already responsible for providing insurance, paying payroll taxes and Social Security taxes for you, finding customers, doing the advertising, buying products, doing the accounting and the rest. You just have to show up, do one thing, go home, and a paycheck magically appears periodically. Working as a W-2 employee means never having to grow up.
