Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Fargo Layoffs Coming

RPA is coming to Fargo by the summer for a lot of fraud roles. Goodbye to needing humans it seems as the last meeting on Thursday presents new innovations to use robotics. How can US Bank just cut people like they are nothing. They hire more roles but then cut entire teams for the same thing. Be on the lookout. HR and the bank has been great with covering it up.

Ummm it's no secret that companies don't care about ppl since their main priority is to make money.

Instead of taking the victim approach, you should see the trends of tech and position yourself to be of value.

Maybe start looking into IT fields....developers are hot for the time being.

Good luck.

Just found out today in a meeting. My team will be most likely not be enjoying our summer vacation plans instead to now be finding new jobs. Of course this transition period won’t happen overnight. We were told we will “the first hired for new opportunities within US Bank.” Fill our minds with a gleam of hope when they don’t care.

Told you. It is starting sooner than anticipated. Not sure if US Bank will be open for business in 2025.
