When are Marvin, Joe, and drunk Billy B going to realize that the LTR program mainly consists of store associates filling out the surveys from receipts that customers left behind.
I’m willing to be 60% of the results are entered by associates lol. (Just make sure you aren’t doing it on the WiFi).
Easy way to tell, look at the string of responses entered within minutes of one another. At my store I saw eight 10’s entered within a 30 minute time frame. Lol.

Another way to tell. Usually 1 sentence and it's very short. Like "Store was clean". They have been scamming this for as long as they had it. Corporate keeps making things tougher so the employees have to cheat. I remember seeing people do it.

That's why I ask family and friends to pop in for something small and to be sure they do the survey honestly....couldn't find an employee and if you do they can't answer even simple questions, long lines, so hot customers get dizzy, left for depot bc their prices and service are better.

My wife was harassed by another customer in line about spending so much on plants for our garden. The cashier, after hearing the conversation and ringing her up, said “he’s right you know.”
I filled out the survey for her later. Cut up my Lowes cards too. It’s not my fault people don’t have disposable income but this behavior will insure that continues.
($61.00 btw. Aka $5 a month) items were half off.
