Our CM is awesome he’s fair and consistent.

Good- Does recognize hard workers.. will do everything he can to retain them.
Bad- still has his favorites who are slackers.. will do everything to retain them.
Will not hold anyone accountable and probably too nice to be a CM. Everyone runs over her and she has lost control of the club.
Goes by the book, so you know the drill. Only been our CM for about 3 months. The bad is she says there will be morning meetings 5 days a week. Almost never have one. Said there would be YBM meetings all day long till she went on vacation in 8 days. Had one whole meeting with 10 people. Said she likes to be on the floor not in offices. She is always in the office. And God forbid you ask her any question at all, you HAVE to ask your manager first. So unpersonable.
@dfm I don't think many people care anymore. What is there to be scared of? You might lose your job? That's happening to everyone anyway... It's actually a blessing.

Very true but for some odd reason you can not order polish dogs anymore.

The good thing about my CM is she is really nice and understanding.
The bad thing is she's the opposite behind your back.
Nice to your face, but talks about you to others.
Tells you one thing then when it doesn't work out she says she didn't say that and changes her story.
She has massive paranoia and is always telling us that HO is coming for a visit that never happens.
She's just a big ball of crazy who will be nice to your face.
