Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

"step it up or step out"......mmm NO . I will just milk this for everything i can. When you figure three weeks vacation, four holidays, six sick days, my allowance for just showing up, well let's just say that i have too much to lose at this stage of the game. I will continue to be productive for the company as to earn my keep. It certainly does not mean i have to have any blind loyalties to a company of this ilk though. And certainly one can understand that a younger person would be wise to look for better opportunities.

Why don’t u all just quit. If you are so great there should be sooooooo many opportunities for you out there. Truth is ur all just disgruntled people who haven’t worked hard in years. Now u are being forced to work. Poor babies !!!!! Marvin and his team are making changes that have been needed in this place forever. So either step it up or step out. Easy. Nobody is forcing you to work at Lowe’s.

To the previous post I don’t believe Marvin’s “God Bless” is a lie I believe it is how he feels cause he hopes God blesses you because he’s gonna take away everything you could possibly need for a healthy happy life! He’s going to cut your hours, slash your benefits, work your body till it physically breaks, manipulate your mind with the fear and bullying and mind games that are played on you by management and customers, he’s also gonna schedule you in a way that assures you will have no time with your family or friends so they all eventually will be gone and you will be a shell of your former self, the only thing you will have left is your job which will probably drive you right to the very edge and at that point you will need God’s blessing. I feel it’s the same as those daredevils that used to go over Niagara Falls in a barrel, Marvin is gonna stuff you in the barrel bolt it shut and let it loose but he’s going to say “God Bless” as he lets you go cause he knows he has thrown you into certain doom.

In today’s society lying has become the norm. From friends and families to CEO’s and presidents, it’s happening everywhere. The sad thing is that there are droves of mindless id--ts who see nothing wrong with it and even worse, some accept it as the truth all because of their personal feelings. God bless (that’s a lie as well)
