All the “we are committed to DSD, DSD is a powerful tool” etc., are all comments made to mislead employees. Both statements are indeed true but irrelevant because both apply to Mondelez and retailers are concerned with their bottoms line, not ours! Did you happen to catch wind on what occurred between Frito lay and WM about two weeks ago? Frito lay sure wasn’t too big for WM to flex their muscles and let them know who is boss! It’s no different with us!
If you honestly believe retailers are investing in warehouses and CAO and EDI to help Mondelez get better orders and it’s a new DSD....you are simply out of your mind! That’s exactly what your DM wants you to believe!!! Pretty unbelievable huh?!!!!! Don’t be made a fool of!
