Why do we need General Superintendents? All they do is give their work to DTS and lower managers. Could save tons of money if they get rid of them also! Tons of managers they have with no freakin experience, put in the service units to write up and fire people. Then they finally had a brain fart and got tired of issuing these mandated quotas for the managers to FTX people, which half were forging anyway. Company run by a bunch of men bumping testosterone and their “wrong heads” together, coming up with dumb sh-- every year of how to fire people and be disgustingly greedy.
Any other yards witness this?? I agree with last post should of seen management in hinkle and Portland area talk about squirming they had to bring in extra help to put on a show 😂😂😂😂 crews we laughed our a— off. Got the super out of office in field 😂. V leaves and they are in panic mode waiting for other shoe to drop.

I could believe DRO’s as their job is to tell you to drink water, pass out popsicles in the summer, and b--ch on the safety calls at the 21 year old managers without enough failures.
