Monica isn’t going anywhere. Not many senior women leaders left. She’ll sue if she’s canned.

Changing vacation will save them a nice amount

Since they're letting people 20+ years, that's a lot of days newer employees can work. They already took away the $400 wellness. Next comes unstick day, floating holidays, and personal days. Health insurance payments will double and deductibles will rise. We should have formed a union to protect ourselves long ago. Stephen will trim his employees to bare minimum yes men and then start selling business units. Look at career transition dates: April 26, June 26, July 1. More to come!

I’m ready. Everything they take away from me will strengthen my resolve more and more. So bring on the cuts. Take my perks, take my benefits, take my job. There is life after D&B and I’ll still win. The loss will absolutely be theirs. I’ll be very successful working for my next employer.

Most probably they will cut off the "unsick day, 400$ Gym contribution, yearly raises, maternity leave and bonus before they start cutting anything else. The morale is low enough to do allot of drastic things

They can’t be that drastic. Changing vacation and what not won’t help them save on costs. They will close more satellite offices (more WeWork type spaces), remove admins, and outsource more to Jacksonville, India, wherever.
