Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

If you want us to leave.....

If the home office really wants the long term employees to leave... offer a buyout package for people there 20 years or longer. It will save the company money over the long term and create some good will. I think many would take it...

If you want the company to do well, make us apart of the success. Create a Sam's share that is tied in to mostly profit. Make our raises and bonuses tied to profit. If the club does well , we do well. Enough with the 2% nonsense, regardless of how hard you work, the slacker next to you gets the same raise.. its makes good people work just hard enough to not get fired. There is no incentive to produce.

Also why do they pay incentives to the cell phone guys and not us?

Still not Sam's Club paying those bonuses. They work on commission if the Wireless Sales person does not sell anything they go home with nothing in their paycheck. It is all based on contracts and new phones sold. This is all tracked by the carriers.

Downfall of wireless was getting rid of the teo market manager .afterwards they were door greeters, spotters for produce and even cashiers.

We all know they are third party but Sam's club pays them. If the can pay them , why can't they pay us that way?
