Is there a company that treats its employees decently? What exactly are our options?

We are all FOOLS! The answer is UNION! WAKE UP!
I left Walmart over a year ago as an assistant manager. I am now at Lowe’s and could not be more happy about the change. I make the same amount of money as I did as an assistant manager at Walmart and I only work 8 hour shifts instead of 12-16 hour shifts.
Costco - Ive know a bunch left to go there. Aldis ? Trader Joes !! Those are more food retailers
Best alternative to Walmart? Literally any company is better than Walmart right now so take your pick 👍
Amazon doesn't treat its employees worse, you need to compare Amazon to Walmart DC. There is ZERO chance Amazon warehouse employees are treated worse than Walmart distribution employees. Comparing warehouse jobs to retail store jobs isn't exactly apples to apples.
Amazon treats their workers way way worse then Walmart. Haven’t heard anything too bad about target
Literally anything is better than Walmart right now and fortunately most companies are hiring. It's pretty easy to find factory work at 20+ bucks an hour right now, not sure why anyone would want to work for Walmart at 11 bucks an hour?
if you want something, you have to fight for it. quit being a coward.
Don't kid yourself. All of them are in it for profit. There are no good retail jobs. At Amazon, you have to perform to their standards or you are out. Most Walmart workers could not cut it.
Amazon. College, Tech School.
Anything is better!
