You're looking at the Puerto Rico policy, not the U.S. policy. It is still $850. It's also not hard to figure out how much you are getting. Policy is on the wire for everyone to see. Check out the manager's one too. Makes you feel good that a GM can get up to 240% of their yearly salary as a bonus.

We do not know how much the bonuses are. I am a manager and they have not released the numbers.

Every year prior no one would find out what the numbers were for at least 21 to 26 days after the year ended.

Yes, it should definitely count against us on mx voices because a member is upset because "we" cancelled an item or "we" changed the club layout. It also makes great sense that the bonus is based on mx voice score improvement which means that a bottom feeder club with a lower mx voice score will get a bigger bonus than an elite club with a good mx voice score because the bottom feeder club showed more improvement.

Remember that member comments are also factored in the bonuses now.

@1syz we don't need anyone from HO on here with your brainwashing tactics. How about you treat us better then we'll treat your members better. How about give us a living wage? What about letting is have time with our families instead of closing 5 nights a week? There is a whole lot you could do for your associates that will then bring better assistance to your precious members. Oh wait... It's not about anything except your share holders now. I hope this company goes down the drain sooner than later. Get bent. We don't need you on this page.

How do you know it’s zero if the numbers have not been released yet 😳

If you are basing this answer by previous Sam’s Share numbers, you may be surprised to get something. With the old yearly calculations, your club could have 3 good quarters, then have a bad final quarter to greatly reduce or even eliminate a yearly bonus. Now you can focus on 3 months of improving sales, improving membership revenue, and improving Club Voices survey responses.

Pro Tip:

If you help a member find something, carry out a heavy cart to their car, or even do something for them that is a little more than most members would receive, encourage them to do the survey on the back of their receipts. They could win free gift cards, and tell them we get extra money if we are doing really good work for others. Then sit back and watch those Club Voices scores go up up up!! Tell you family, tell your friends, tell everyone.

Just like we would only get the final number a week before the payout check for our previous Yearly Sam’s Share in March, the final number will be available May 15th with payout on the check that will be deposited May 30th. Your SM will have the final number mid to late next week.

And we have no idea how much we are getting . I bet if the GM's or Asst. Mgrs got their bonuses quarterly they would know how much they were getting down to the penny...but it's only for hourly associates so who cares I have asked my GM and 3 of my asst mgrs none of them knew how much we were getting.
