ADP's "push" for diversity sounds like racism to me. I mean after all tell me the ethical difference between:
1) We want to include certain people because they are different.
2) We want to include certain people because they are the same.
Bottom line is that people, regardless of age, color, race, etc. should be hired on qualifications and abilities. It seems ADP has become a very bigoted company. They are targeting and eliminating the most qualified people SPECIFICALLY because of age and even sometimes race. People may not like the truth, but it is the truth. ADP is a major lawsuit waiting to happen.
