Nobody wants to come to work anymore. All passion is out of the company.

I am not wasting my time in delivering any productivity to such an unethical company whom claims to have an ethics department within it which seems to ignore all of these company violations and practices. We are polluted from head to toe. And changes need to be done from the inside out. We have the worst management left, sickening how such a company has been left with such scumbags in this pitfall.
You think that worker productivity is low now? Just wait until quarter end. Do they think that our employees here in GIS land are going to bust their butts and work long into the night at the end of next week to bill as much revenue as possible? F NO. They are really angry and upset.
GISX was extremely protifanlr. With cores like ours that maintain ourselves being number with one of the three highest in sales, profit etc. It is very sad what’s happening around the country.
Thanks for the insight, I didn’t know every core employee was allowed to vote yes or no on the acquisition. I’m surprised Xerox didn’t build a robust platform like the Way Cool Tool so we could all cast our votes!
Didn’t GIS allow itself to be purchased by Xerox? You could have said no.
I work at a large core that has been doing extremely well and how does Xerox react? In fact - all of GISX has been doing well - so we turn GISX into the disaster Xerox has been for years by centralizing and sending it all to india. You bought GISX because Xerox couldn't do what we do. And now you have decimated GISX. Yes - it's over now! I am very sad and angry. And now what? We take an offer while we look for a job somewhere else because it is now countdown time.
I can attest to this. It seems like all of XBS is in protest/not give a **** mode today. Everyone I've talked to at other cores today have had this attitude, including management.
