The Organizational Health Index pulse survey deadline was a month ago. What do you think the chances are we'll hear about the results? They can't be good.

Then why did you write, "No Comment." ???
When the OHI asked "what could we do better," I wrote "No comment." I will be working from home full time starting in July but do not have confidence that this position will last.
Wow, the commenters on the Hub post are really brave.
Reading the official emails about the survey ... Their interpretation is as absurd as the Smollett non-prosecution.
As in years past, didn’t we answer questions about compensation? About management?
Managers are supposed to learn about the results of the survey later this week. It remains to be seen if they will share them honestly with the rest of us.
The “hidden” Hub post came in a TR link called “Improving our TR experience” Bravo to the people commenting.
Today’s email from NM directly shares results from the survey. So apparently they 200 people I interact with didn’t answer the survey or it’s been whitewashed. Their takeaway from this poll is as bizarre as ever.
Last time I waste 5 mns filling it out.
I believe the results are in. They were published in a really well hidden Hub Post in an email. I don't even remember who wrote it but it was someone I've never heard of in the company before. Talks about breaking down silos and making it easier for employees to do their work. Many people commented saying that there are more obstacles and barriers then there were before. It's humorous to read. Check it out
Still no word. I don't see how there can be a 5% improvement...more like a drastic decrease.
One thing is sure: if you have responded too honestly, you won’t receive the questionnaire next year or the year after. Only those whose responses were the ones they want to see will be granted the honour to take part each year.
That’s how they improve the surveys results without investing in real improvements. Get rid of the unhappy and everyone would be happy.
No chance. One of the goals stated on a call a month ago was to improve OHi by 5%. They clearly know the results and will not be sharing.
I am sure the results will dismiss honest critiques in favor of platitudes like we are making progress and we have work to do, but I am not expecting any positive substantive change. from management. It is abundantly clear that employees are merely a liability to this company.
It takes a while for paid writers to massage and reshape bad news.
Be ready for phrases like “managing change and disruption”, “challenging time”, “we hear your voice”. They have to manage being sensitive while acknowledging that this was right way forward.
