Associates can only take 5 vacation days in succession during any given month. Must have assistant manager approval along with general manager approval.

Why does it matter if you are leaving the continental US or sitting your a-- on the couch for 14 days? It's none of their business what you do with your vacation time!
If you are taking vacation out of continental US you can take up to two weeks or 14 days. I've done it going to Europe and Hawaii.
Walmart pharmacy associates told just one day per week because their store was too busy to deal with vacation.... 😡
I do not think that is company policy.
If they did such a stupid thing then I guess the assistant and general manager will be approving the 2 weeks that I take once a year to drive and visit my family. I would tell them straight up that it's non-negotiable.
