So anyone that has overnights on days now, what happened to back room associates?

We were told at our club there will be no severance. Either take the new shifts or be gone with nothing. Oh well.
Back room was reduced to a handful of associates.. they went from having a full receiving crew to 2-3 total associates since part of the night stocking crews responsibility is cleaning out the dock before they leave. Most of the previous receivers simply shifted to one of the stocking crews but one took the buy out aka severence.
