People here see the worst in everything. 4 weeks ago half of fresh was gonna be gone. Didn’t happen. This week, everyone will be fired for attendance and scheduling is gonna fail. Fact is, not one FAM has lost their job and the schedules will be fine. Calm down.

Every one needs to go in puking and p--ping all over themselves rather than getting a point!!
People will go to work sick now, its just gonna be how it will be, they should have waited a little while for the new attendance policy to kick in. But that would be intelligent. Its sad, but they want to get rid of as many of the bad apples from the clubs that all they do is call out. I get it, but damn, its gonna ruin the company more than it already has. Sometimes I wonder about "respect for the individual" and whether this company actually does that anymore. They are taking away some of the best people due to these "changes" and again, I get it, they want to stay ahead of the curve as far as the technology goes but come on... you still need bodies in the club to do the job, and not just anyone, you need good people.
Furthermore, 11 dollars an hour is ridiculous when many places, especially where I live you can start out by making more than that relatively easily. Why work somewhere making 11 to start when you can make 15 somewhere else, and still have full time and benefits and all of it.
Just think about all of this when you still say "oh this is still a great company to work for".

Have gone to work 3 days with flu like symptoms. Sorry folks but I’m coughing and sneezing all over front end and break room. No PPTO to cover my time off.

Yeah let's go to work and spread our sickness to everybody that be great for the company if you're truly sick you need to stay home or go to the doctor find out what's going on you don't need to spread it to everybody in the workplace
Work with a lot of good people but their attendance and tardiness will get them fired now that the coaching for improvement has been cut out for attendance. The fear people have is that they will be forced to go to work when they're sick.
