About every 5 to 7 days I get an alert from hiring agencies listing my job as an FCM for the network. Why do they keep saying they are not getting rid of us but hire in our area when I dont even have a full caseload yet. Zero moral at this point. It's clear what they are doing. Just tired of being lied to.

Humana = money, period. Where it goes, how to keep it, etc...guides everything.

Lying is accepted, expected at all levels of management. 'Spinning the truth' is commonplace.

Big fish have already jumped ship-- started with John Brown in Medicare...and more are still leaving. That is more than a hint.

'Wellness Company'?? that does this to its employees? Look at your personal wellness, stress levels. Do you really believe that line anymore?

RIF'd employees aren't meant to find work again in-house-- how is that not obvious?

H is a business-- end of story-- and the people running it will do all that is needed to earn the most money-- whether it is piecing it out, selling it off, hiring & keeping fewer employees, lowering benefits, etc....

On another note...available positions at Humana dwindling. Leas than 20 of 180 RIF’d have found new positions... Kind of sad.
Point being they are contracting our jobs out. Yes, you dont have the benefits for Humana, but it is a Humana job being taken away from a Humana employee.
