I’m tired of these know nothing VP’s blaming everyone above them and below them for all the problems. They’ve apparently learned from the guy at the top on how to be Teflon. Maybe they believe they can save the ship but they are just sinking it.

It will never change as long as the current CEO is in charge. Needs to be a revolt to get him out. Or better yet, look forward to new owners. The worse it gets the more I think that may be the only answer to this dooming problem.
What you allow is what will continue. One benefit of attached ear lobes is aerodynamics.
