It’s laughable that you think a union would solve the issue. F the union. Do Get the 12 out on top. Especially ST. Making millions while Rome burns. There is hope for BBB with the right leadership. The current leadership is not right. They are stuck in the 90’s, much like the stores are.
Yup. Especially since they capped pay. You work for 24 years working your way to a district trainer then get bumped down to a salaried ASM then they change ASMs to hourly and to get full pay you have to work 2.5 hours more per week. Then come review time you’re told you did a great job but you’re maxed out on pay so no raise. Not this year and not ever again.
This scenario is real and happened to many in the company.
Join a union, get rid of the top executives raking in hundrededs of millions a year and reclaim bbby and make it the great company it used to be.
