Nothing would make me happier than a Q2 exit, but I think it won’t be till 2020😭 We won’t find out about our dsd exit until 60 days prior, as required by law. If you need an official announcement you’ll have to wait. Otherwise, like the rest of us, just open your eyes! Can’t be anymore obvious! Duh 🙄

Walmart and Kroger are utilizing CAO to reduce out of stocks? Quite the imagination you have. What it does is make it harder for us to artificially inflate our sales numbers. Remember when we could dump a few extra pallets at quarters end? They don't want all those future credits on their books either. # 1 in the new business structure? What does the mean? Cooking the books?
Announcement would have been made by now if we are exiting DSD this year. 2020 is more of a possibility

Kroger pays a premium for DSD, our services are built into the cost of their product.
So a little lesson for you......coming from an account manager......
Stores that use dsd pay a higher cost for the product. That extra cost includes ordering, delivering, and stocking. No, it’s not free, built into the cost. Your GM is wrong! He’s also going to be merchandising
Mondelez soon. Kroger does care what he thinks! They are in the business to make money! He may not want to work it, but he will, mark my word! We will also pay a slotting fee ilwhen we go into their warehouse.
So to recap....we have to pay to be in their warehouse, and they just built a new facility to the tune of 60 million dollars. And they pay less for the product, which means they can charge less. Starting to make sense now?
How stupid are you. DSD. Is not free because the stores pay for Mondelez sales rep salaries, our company cars, our medical insurance, our bonuses, merchandisers, vacation reps etc etc. Just think about how much money the stores will save when the sales reps are gone. When the stores go warehouse they will pay much less for our products because Mondelez will have less overhead
My Kroger manager said that we are free labor. He said that they won't have time for Nabisco or any other vendors. How much does DSD cost? I was Always told that it's free
Nah they wouldn't lie! Honesty is the best policy he said. Stores don't want DSD. They get free labor by using DSD. Stores can't handle all the volume. DSD is a powerful source! Walmart and Kroger are using CAO to help the out of stock situation. That's all! You'll see! We'll all be laughing this time next year when we're still here business as usual!

additional homework! Keebler has diversified a lot more than you think and selling off cookies is an opportunity to focus on growth brands! They have lots of other brands throughout the store that their reps service. Not surprising that comments like yours come up along with the suggestion dsd is staying! That too you may want to rethink! Both are a bit off!
I spoke with jive as well! Looking to transition to a PT flexible job when reps are let go and I think Jive would be perfect.
PT and pick your own schedule. Yes, they are indeed picking up other vendors and serve you regional manager as well as jice have all eluded to its Mondelez. They could handle one dsd transition but not two! Changes are on the horizon.
Only reason Keebler has had such interest in others purchasing their cookie line is they are warehouse! How easy to transition! Any purchase made won’t ever be dsd, warehouse all the way! All those that said Tates would be dsd by last November.....what happened?

My fulltime help is a joke!!! One calls off at least once a month. Leaves the store's a mess. No conditioning! Leaves displays look like $hit!! Doesn't follow instructions! Got kicked out of a major chain store and still has a job!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Doesn't start till after 9am when start time is by 7am!!Upper management doesn't give a $hit!! They say take pictures but nothings ever done!! The end is definitely near!! I can go on and on about these nightmare merchandisers!!

Kroger and Mondelez were not linked together for CAO initially. During our trial
phase we had to use Kroger telzon. Not anymore, systems are now linked. Just another step forward, really won’t be long now!

I have been with the company for awhile. I don't know if you have noticed, but this doesn't appear to be a sustainable opperation. Definitely not set up for growth or opportunity. Questionable sales numbers and inventory management. The wheels on bus seem a little wobbly...
