I'm 62 had 30 years at 55 and now this. I consider it a Layoff with a severance job for X amount of months. I work the hotline and make a Xerox wage, not hard to consider these customer support jobs being right coasted in a bit.
You can see that the HCL infrastructure is going to take some getting used to but if the checks cash so be it.
