Received my today. Only getting paid for three years of misclassifiction? What about the other 5 years?

How are the justifying the payout for mis classification?
So, now we have to work off the schedule instead of off the clock? That makes no sense.
What states are included and was it for dept mgrs laid off.?
Then opt out and file your own lawsuit.
