I heard that store managers recieved a 100% increase in yearly bonus. (25% of base salary raised to 50% of base salary.) Is this accurate? If so Marv seems to be keeping his shills fertilized.

So ASM bonus increased and specialists told they would get 3% but then cut back to 2% supposedly at direction of corporate. The ASM's in our store do not do anything so why do they deserve increased bonuses? Why are CSA's getting 3 or more percent but specialists only getting 2%. Obviously they are trying to force specialists to quit. That and the shoddy way they are scheduling specialists with new "tool" no priority based on seniority, etc. and close almost every night.
Hmmm maybe they will purchase more Lowes stock.
when you use the stick it quits being business and becomes personal that is a different scale of war.
i saw the slide. looks like asm level also had their bonuses substantially increased. the only reason youd incentivize this group like this is if youre about to pull all sorts of unethical, immoral c-ap on the wage slaves. its pretending to use the carrot as a reward for this group when you actually intend to use the stick and need them to be too incentivized to quit or not go along with it. not surprisingly, after the vegas meeting the store managers have acted very frenzied, agitated, and increasingly more demanding. they know the hourly workers are overtasked and theres not enough help...corporate knows it too.......but good luck getting a store manager to stand up to corporate or have much compassion when the marvettes have made the potential gains all too rewarding. definitely is an insight into the character of the marvettes. they would do anything for a buck and believe others will too.
