Anyone hear anything about layoffs at Emmott Rd? I have no facts to base this on but heard a rumor.

Millennials are ruining the oilfield.
Yes BHGE paying off in all regions at the moment.
Only been on going for 4 years now and can't see it stopping.
Our office now use 40% agancy staff which means loads more mistakes, lost contracts and mobey then more pay offs the company is a total joke.
Other service companies have been increasing perm staff for the last 18 months.
Weatherford and schlumberger are now monthly taking contracts from us as we have no staff to do the work.
Weatherford in Aberdeen now have 70% more staff than us and still taking on each month.
6 of our experinced guys have left to them in the last 6months with over 45 years experience.
We replace them with trainees and graduates it's a shambles
