Going to work on a daily basis wondering if we have a job. Let alone PSR "work more with less." A disaster in someone getting hurt or killed constantly worrying.. watching us with binoculars, FTXing, trying to find "reasons" to thin out the departments. Believe me these guys on leave are lawyering up just to make sure they are being treated correctly. We all need to come together and speak up. Hopping from job to job without the proper and federal training we all are required to have. All they want is trains to move without the regulated inspections and repairs. This is going to be an act from our government to make things right. We all understand cutting the "fat", but come on....guys working tons of overtime to get the trains moving. Those are people that can come back from a furlough status. Men and women currently working for UP, don't kill yourself trying to please them. Do what you can and go home to your families safely and not worry too much.

They do not want you to do your job. Are you high? They want you to let is go. Keep the dwell
down and hope for the best. Joke of a company. Go Buffet, hope you can scoop up UP for
nothing because that is gonna be it value in the end. Lance and friends, hope you loose it all
