This is a string of rumors circulating:
1) Store will go to 1GM 1SM and 2 LEAD (name may change) Reps (announcement 4/4 paid until June.
2) LEAD Reps wil get a pay increase and reduced quota.
3) Store hour changes due reduced managment
4) More store closings, especially those near eachother. ex: Reading Terminal (PA) and Walnut(PA)
5) Some district realignments
6) District name changes
these are top 6. Let me know if I missed any. Oh and quota is NOT changing, like other posts have stated.
Calumet City store closed by end of month April. Also DM swapped GM’s with Crestwood and Calumet City 6 weeks prior.... shady
Well 4/4 has come and gone with nothing the OP stated being true besides district realignments. I don’t know about anyone else but I am getting tired of the false stories about what 2.0 is. You should only post if you have facts!
Lead specialist is true all of our stores are getting one. Our hours were reduced about a year ago to 10-7.
I believe the LEAD specialist role is coming. I have been getting an error error with the Mobile schedule that shows the LEAD Solution Specialist position name in the error that says its not loaded yet. So obviously this role is in the books. What it means for SM Count and Store closures, your guess is as good as mine.

Lol, these are the “top 6 rumors”...hey, but those are rumors are junk....
In SE market last year they changed hours for stores who were under performing due to low traffic past 7PM. High traffic stores during those hours remained open until 8PM and a handful of locations were open on Sunday while others shuttered. The district realignments and hours changes should not be a shock if you've paid attention. They're definitely working the logistics of floating GMs / keyholders and they are NOT back filling management positions for SM if they release people, it's just a matter of time before it goes official. The only thing you likely won't see is group commission (yet)
Store hours need to change to 10-7 mon-sat and closed on sundays. Store hours of 9-8 mon-sat and 11-6 on sundays are such a waste. First hour is problems and bill payments. Last hour is a ghost town with no customers. Sundays are problems and bill payments with the occasional upgrade.
