At my store sales have been unusually low for this time of year and a significant drop in customers can be seen with the naked eye. Has any other been witnessing a concerning drop in sales compared to the same period last year?

My store Manager is sweating it out. We had about $250,000 in PSI sales last year and now there is nothing. They want us to do 13% more this year too. Another year of no SSEI money.
Go Do Less
XPO and CPO have combined to lose us an enormous customer base. This loss will begin to be seen now, and each year worse. I cannot tell you how many customers have told me they will never use Lowe's again for anything because of the piss-poor service from XPO, and/or the CPO.
Add in employees and managers who have NO BUSINESS in their roles, and its a pretty glum outlook.
More days than not, it does look like less foot traffic.
We are comping less than half the week recently, or squeaking by at a percent or two.
nope our stores kicking a-- last few weeks, Im hoping stay on track for our first qtr bonus pay out! will be taking a nice vac then!!
