Its the best bonus plan I have seen at lowes in over ten years! Its simple, it rewards all levels of full time employees and pays well depending on how you perform on top line sales period! Not as good as when I first started but like I said, best I have seen in 10 yrs! Only catch to all bonus incentive is REALISTIC plan goals! Guess we shall see
