Thread regarding CVS layoffs

What if sinking ship debt ratio

I read these posts then someone wasting their breath trying to explain stock price or debt ratio to someone who clearly has no clue.

All clueless people please just stop speculating about things you know nothing about

Good night

Can the original poster take a minute to see how bad their sentence structure and grammar is?

Good Morning!

Very well then, lets not speculate and instead talk about what we DO know... Problems with Omnicare and Caremark. Poor 2018 Q4, and weak 2019 guidance. Higher than expected costs related to Aetna integration. Aetna merger still under court review process, awaiting next court hearing. Serious amount of debt cvs has right now. Several lawsuits pending over various issues, such as Omnicare, and Aetna merger, etc. And one of those lawsuits is a class action lawsuit. Serious pressure from competition like Amazon. And a lot of other retailers have pharmacies too, so more competition. The retail sector in general is changing big time with many retailers closing stores at an alarming rate. Employee morale at cvs is at an all time low and employees are leaving in droves. Is all this enough to say that at least things are not good and we’re taking on water?
