How do i get psyched up for new company

Really want to be part of This new winning team uhh yay but I don't think it will be successful. Everything about job really is terrible. Also store looks dirty and has no good merchandise. Plus people I work with are dirty and smell bad. How can I convince myself to stay positive ?

Just remember you are getting paid to do nothing. there are no customers, very few trucks, you don't have to clean. So sit back and enjoy

If we had ambitions in life you think we'd still be working for Sears?

What you should do is get psyched about your own personal abilities to the point where you decide you're worth more than what you're putting up with and find somewhere else to go. There is no progress to be made sticking with the dead husk of whatever forms around this company. I have seen many people I used to work with go on to better things and I also found much more fitting employment elsewhere and for better pay and benefits. Don't be a victim. Make a move while people are actually hiring. Don't wait until the economy hits the dumps again. Start today, a better future awaits.

Just collect a paycheck and know you're wasting Eddie's money while doing very little work. No point in working hard when there's no "members" anyway. Sears really needs to stop with the members c-ap. No one wants to be called a member of this dump, and much like Eddie, it comes off as creepy and weird.
