After working for them for 20 years, I just feel that they have lost their focus on the client and their employees. When you are running a business, it’s been said that if you take care of your employees they will take care of the customer. This is 100% true. Xerox employees are miserable. This is not coming from a place of bitterness, it’s coming from observations. The competitive technology and service has come a long long way and in some cases is better than Xerox. In my opinion, I feel that there are far better and more ethical partners than Xerox.
