So from what I’ve heard about block scheduling and member service is you either get an opening shift or you get a closing shift. My question is... do you always have the same shift and days off every week? Or is it you open a couple weeks and then close a couple weeks?

We started it and we’re given a shift and two consecutive days off. Now with the next phase that is being taken away. Dangle it infront of us just to make us happy for two seconds. We’re being told we can NOT have our two days off together and they don’t want us to have ANY weekend days off
Aren't managers supposed to follow company policy. They're certainly not allowed to use they're own initiative.
Yes seniority will get you day shift and you also get to have your days off together , not whole weekends if you do ask for those days they give you like fri/sat or Sunday/ Monday,or tues/ wends
Depends if your manager follows the rules
The paper said same shift same says off . This Way we would know when we worked 4 months from now
Every manager seems to be making their own rules tho
