Yep, Kellogg’s violated the FLSA. Lost $18,000,000 in class action suit! Florida attorneys are already talking about Mondelez and their practices. I think they are salivating. That’s to our inept HR department a lot of attorneys will get very very rich at some point! Stay tuned, more to come. Document everything!!
Just got to make sure, when you miss your objective, you miss by a lot! Some brown noser will try to make up your gap. BTW, rumors around town there may be a class action suit filed against Mondelez management for how objectives are set. Gotta be equitable, not just numbers out of their a$$. Yes glitches for sure! Dmi is not accurate. Stores on my territory don't show up when I know that pictures were taken. Dmi is a joke just like Nabisco is a joke anymore!!
