Is April the final business focus? 2 membership coordinators and letting go the teamlead. Any truth to this?

Ours is out at least 4 days and she works 45 hours a week.
I am not even allowed to go out in the field.

Thanks the rumors make this job so much harder. Unless you count iPads that don't work in factory's when doing on sites.
Question, when we switch to four departments and shrink job codes down to 32 from 84 becomes of marketing and accounting then?
