Are we no longer enrolling members into this program we are on the dialer we get members to accept the program so they will have a CM to assist them on the phone . We have very few people on the dialer doing this job and we are helping other departments I’m wondering if we will not have jobs soon

They didn’t rush, they had to prepare for the change over
The wait list is because they got rid of probably 3/4 of LTIH CM because they are using network employees. However, they cant keep network employees. Most likely because of the pay per visit which I'm sure they realize is a joke when they are there for an hour or more. Add that to up to an hour drive and documentation time and $40 or 60 a visit doesnt look so good. They rushed to get rid of LTIH employees and found themselves in a mess.
HCCP RN . We are referring to LTIH, CM available about half of the time.
We are told move out legacy members due to a wait list.
I dont mind if triage moves them back , that was supposed to be the point of monitored. Bring them in, work with them 3 to 6 months & move to monitored. Back to managed if needed.
My concern is that we just cant reach the # of daily successses needed to keep the program viable HCCP.
I work HCCP for HAH enrollment are we loosing our jobs
HAH is a big program, everyone needs to specify HAH HCCP or HAH SNP. snp is growing. I dont know about hccp. Snp is helping to assist hccp because they laid off too many ppl. And snp needs to start hiring more rn and sw because it seems we are behind on a lot of moc sequences.
So is the HAH program on hold or are they doing away with this program
Below poster, it is about the direction the company is going, if your department isn’t in that picture, it’s a sad fact, but it’s not making or showing what Humana wants. It’s a business, they are to be profitable, they are not a non profit. Stop blaming higher ups for their bonuses based on business success, if your program wasn’t successful
I guess Millions in a bonus is not enough for top leaders at Humana. Need to make yearly cuts in jobs to accommodate the top. It's not about people, its all about money.
HAH will eventually, go away, sorry to say. We are the face of Humana, we actually help keep Humana members, more than they will ever know. Hard to be proactive for Humana in the future, Health Insurance Companies really are about $$$, that's the hard facts. Won't encourage family or friends to choose Humana, soooo sorry I kept advocating for Humana, lesson learned.
Of course we all want to have a job. Being honest and moral is important. In my opinion, no need to keep moving members around when triage team can address some of the issues I have seen in 1 call.
Interesting because now we are told we have had the members on our roster too long yet a lot were sent to monitored and then moved back to managed
They are not enrolling because they are not enough CM’s for all the members! Triage is being told to move mbrs if there’s any gaps what so ever!
Follow the dollar!
Triage doesn’t generate money for monitored mbrs so they have to be managed to generate funds or HAH isn’t worth it!
It’s all about staying employed!
HCM RN here from northeast region. We were told by our COM a month ago we would not be getting new members for awhile. I am not sure what is going on. I know my whole team is behind and no one has the capacity to take new members. However, what I am noticing is triage team moving members back to managed for trivial reasons.
To HAH CM RN .. I don’t know the dialer got very slow then they pulled almost everyone off to learning centers and other odd jobs to help or learn so we can be flexible we are all very worried
That does not sound good. Are there people that need to be enrolled and the program is on hold or are there not many people waiting to be enrolled? If you guys are helping other departments that is worrisome. HAH CM RN here.
