Why do you think we put hudreds of riding lawnmowers, grills and various pieces of power equipment out front in the rain and snow? I went to get a customer a riding lawn mower out front and he laughed at me. He said there was no way his mower would be out in the rain why would I give him a brand new one with signs of rust in the engine. I don't brame and we only had 2 and both were out front. He got fed up and left.

I always tell people not to buy anything that’s displayed outside for obvious reasons. Usually we have a couple if each sku inside.
So people can buy them?
Of course people can also pass if they don't like the condition it is in.
- If the customer calls for a warranty repair will the warranty be invalid? Will the manufacturer say the damage, defect, or breakage was due to improper maintenance or neglect of the equipment? I wouldn’t buy any new product that’s been stored or kept outside in the elements.
We only have 6 tractors on our sales floor due to the grill pad getting bigger and bigger. We have i whole section dedicated just to charcoal and pellet grills. The rest of the "showroom" is in the front of store. Kinda ridiculous since it takes 6 charcoal grills on average to equal 1 tractor sale.
