That was not a post from a jewelry lead. Gullible much?
High and mighty= the post about the jewelry lead that won’t do any other jobs because they are high and mighty. You should read it.
I don’t know a SINGLE jewelry team lead that thinks they are high and mighty. That post was from a loser trying to get a reaction ...geez don’t you get that??? News flash. Most of us are very kind ladies...
Glad I don’t work with the jewelry cookoo’s anymore. Not all of them are cookoo but the ones that think they are high and mighty just remember you are high and mighty at Wal-Mart. That’s it!
I’m a 30+ year associate in jewelry lead. They aren’t getting rid of us. We have the highest stress and workload job in the building.
I speak to at least 5 members that come to my counter a day! No other floor partner and lead has to help that many!
And if you think they are gonna pull me to a door fill in or run at a register you got another thing coming. I’m the highest paid associate in my club and I’m not gonna lower myself to that level to do the grunt work that new dummies can handle.
I believe that position is going away.... it is going to a double sided kiosk style system that the mss's will have to manage while not doing everything else.
Haha. Lots of clubs STILL have them. I communicate through EMAIL with hundreds of them.. company email. I asked a question.. no smart remarks necessary.....
Lol. Find a new job. We have not had a Jewelry lead in 4 years
