With the loss of large customers, There are more layoffs coming to DSTPS. Management level will be hit the hardest. Forcing Boehm out was the first step.

No merit increases in some groups might chase even more people off.

They will not be laying off when the economy is doing so well. Lots of people waited for bonuses to be paid and then gave their notices. DST doesn’t have to pay severance when people resign and go to other jobs. Win/win for everyone involved. Employee gets new job, dst company saves money and spreads the work out to remaining employees.

Nope. No layoffs. People are leaving on their own at record numbers. And they are not replacing them.
