I've grown with Xerox for the past 20+ years . Seen many ups and downs along the way, but always enjoyed the camaraderie with my fellow coworkers. We have some of the best talent around..I am trying to remain positive about our future and would love to hear good experiences or news..

Remember the marketing for NUVERA? Ugly a-- motorcycles? Were the customers all white-trash? Who the hell came up with that??
I got nothing positive either. Started in 1980, still here, but literally hating every minute.
Icahn, Deason, and their pawns have destroyed the small part of Xerox that had not been screwed over yet. Yay, we had a friggin birthday party for NUVERA, an overpriced POS from prelaunch. It's 15 now, and NO NEW ANYTHING to replace it. What tech powerhouse sets on the same product for 15 years? Can't sell an inkjet anything... too expensive when OCE beats us on price, quality, and technician enthusiasm. Screen, (Ricoh in drag), is kicking our a--. Shoot, RICOH has knocked out 6 iGen, and a fleet of ColorPress.
Sad times here. Cant believe we ever won Malcolm Baldridge Award, and had McDonnell/Boeing, Ford, Chrysler, and GM all under our umbrella. All gone now. This horse is damn near dead.
I am positive that Xerox has made a huge mistake in destroying the Global companies and the Global model. i am positive John V. and Icahn will make their money while the rest of their so-called "family" struggle to make ends meet. Xerox you have made a huge miscalculation in ruining Global. Your loss will be - I hope - someone else's gain.
I am POSITIVE that I will make hundreds of millions of dollars on the breakup and sale of this company.

I got an email today from the Xerox Benefit Hub stating I could save 20% on a Hertz Car rental this summer. I'm so going to splurge for that economy car vs. the sub-compact!
Nope. Nothing good to say here. I'm watching the company I've been with for 15+ years get gutted. Everyone I talk to is updating their resume. People are scared. The HCL thing has been an absolute mess. Executives aren't telling us anything. It's really sad to see.
Positive? Um, I guess I'm still getting a paycheck. I fully expect to be gone by the end of the year.
Don’t worry, John V will be taking his family on a European cruise this summer. None of us “numbers on a spreadsheet” will be preventing it... believe that.
I’ve been with Xerox 30+ years in a variety of roles. The once great company that cared about employees is L O N G G O N E. What used to be people before profits was discarded like so many toner bottles. Simply put, Xerox doesn’t want long tenured employees. Or likely any employees below senior VP’s. It’s all about the current share price. That drives all actions in the company now. If the share price dips in April, look for many more liabilities (aka employees) to be sold to HCL. Like many, I put my soul into the company and lived through the Ursula debacle that saw no raises or merit increase for over 8 years because we needed to help the company. I foolishly thought they would reward us at a later date, but nope, it was all about helping Ursula earn her bonus. We’re all just numbers on a spreadsheet that prevents John V from taking his family on a European Cruise this summer. They have successfully removed the soul of the company which is the exact opposite of a Technology Powerhouse. Just take care of yourself, put family first, and don’t put yourself into an early grave for your job.
Heck yeah; have y’all not heard about Terrence Clark... our new SVP, Software General Manager? With Terrence and our new PR lady, how could we not become a TECH POWERHOUSE?? So pumped!

Well I’ve grown with my company and Global over the past 20+ years as well. But XEROX is literally gutting our company to include our culture, our benefits and even our people. So if this is where your looking for people to sweet talk Xerox, go take a long hike off a short pier you jackass.
