A. If you would like to receive your historical W-2 statement and paystub online please visit
https://workhistory.verizon.com. This site is available to former US based employees of Verizon and
employees who are on leave of absence. It will provide access to your historical paystubs and W-2 tax forms that dates from the previous two years and up to your last year of employment. As a former employee, you need to elect W-2 electronic delivery, which allows you the opportunity to receive your electronic W-2 form once it becomes available. You will need your VZID and a personal email address to gain access to the site
