Indiana and Kentucky are closer. Why Dallas?

We have an office in Austin, TX. That would make more sense.

Anyhow, 30-40% of pp won't move, so severance would need to be paid and then time to hire new ppl and get them up to speed... no sense

Heard whispers of this since after the privatization. From different corners, and it's persistent, so likelihood is dropping that it's just totally made up. But have not heard it attributed to a credible source, always "Rumor has it". Still not sure what to think.
