Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Biggest Chang thus far

Common all these changes at one time and no real direction for mgrs to execute! Associates getting fired because they just don't know how the system workes don't say because they haven't read the policy you have Hispanics and etc that rely on direction and aren't getting it..

on this point do not post Hispanics etc...zit seems so. racist..What makes a good company is diversity. Black Hispanic,Chinese, we are all one .We are part of the human race.We need to help each other.specially in theses hard times..Look out for each other.I moved on from Sams last year after 30 yrs of service.I still have close friends that work there passing thru some hard times. Hang in there those who stay there is life and hope out there after Sams....

Got to love the managers who are changing associate schedules THE WEEK OF, not notifying the associate, and then giving them points for it.

I think JF and the rest of the leadership should be reported. Sorry, but the way things are getting rolled out with management not even knowing what or when is completely unethical when their first mandate is "respect for the individual". How many of you are feeling respected?
