Salaried in particular managers attendance effects their bonus. Bad evaluation like a drop from say Exceeds to Solid will take a pretty decent chunk of money from their bonus.

Optical Manager is a manger in title only. GCCAM is their manager. So that makes them a team lead.
But salaried managers don't punch. They're actually always on the clock.
Mind your own business and don’t worry about salaried associates.
Un-salaried get the same as everyone else. The rules don't apply to salaried people...
Especially the hourly Optical managers that abuse it daily.
