@via. If Eddie goes with the small store format there will be lots of non salespeople positions cut. That's what happened in our Sears store when we went to the small store format. All you need is salespeople. Store support positions are greatly reduced because you don't need them.

Ask this:

How is the progress in being a 52 billion dollar startup, as the CEO said right after the merger? What's been the total revenue increase over this 52 billion? 13 years later, are we now considered a seasoned retailer with 13 years of knowledge, growth, and customer data in our pockets?

Even someone that has terminal cancer comes to the point and says enough is enough and decides to die without trying and more treatment. Isn't the company at that point, why continue to put everyone still with the company through the misery.

For A&E Factory Service... We want to be able to see our full route for the day not two hrs only and have calls added sporadically through the day. Please ask this question of why we can't see full route. Is it because they're scared techs will call out sick if they saw how much They are gonna be abused that day? It hurts the customer when they call an schedule service a week prior then Joe snuffy has their call added to his route at 245 pm on his way home after a 200 mile route and you call them and they say, why didn't anyone call me this morning I wasted a whole day waiting for you. Now, tech Joe snuffy is the bad guy and he's expected to sell that upset customer a warranty as well. Please ask this question if you are real and have close proximity to someone with power.
