To the people naming their cores. You probably think you are doing something great by calling out your core. And it probably feels good to bash Xerox and this is your way of getting them back but be SMART about it. Nothing you say will change the situation. It’s done! XBS, XEROX, and HCL are probably monitoring this site. Don’t put your core on the radar by naming it in these posts. Don’t speed up the HCL visit and training. There are people who will remain with HCL and Xerox for the long-haul. Don’t jeopardize it for them. Remain anonymous. We all know how c-appy this situation is, and we are all feeling the same pain. But be smart about it.

The more Xerox specific words we use the more people will find this site in searches.
This is why I post often and I enjoy seeing 1000s of people seeing our posts and us exposing the management. At least this feels like a big payback for me, they cannot stop us communicating.
I hope more people find these forums. That's why I continue to post. I found this place on a whim months ago when stuff started to get weird at my core. We'd been under the Global wing for several years with no major drama. Then all of a sudden we start getting emails from Xerox. And now our health insurance is from Xerox. So I started Googling Xerox. And I found a bunch of crummy stuff. And I found this place. I hope all these words and names make in into Google's algorithm so more people can find out just exactly what kind of company Xerox and HCL are.
I love being reminded that Xerox management and HR are monitoring these boards because I have the opportunity to tell them that they are the biggest s c u m. B a g s walking the earth. They are so incredibly talentless and congratulations HR, you took the human out of HR. When you consider knowledge, lesdership and talent you are the lowest of the low...in my humble opinion.
The post is true
And the opposite is true as well
Nothing we DON’T say is going to change the situation it’s done.
There is NO ONE at a GISX Core level that knows 100% truth on anything
So unless this post is from a Xerox top level executive, we will all take the post as an opinion and respect it as an opinion and nothing more
And actually that might be a best way to approach everything on here until dust settles (and that could take a while...in my opinion)
Read every post as an opinion
POST everything you heard or believe as an opinion
When I read “greetings JohnV here” and it gives his direct line to call him and confirm THAT’S when I’ll believe the post might be possibly maybe 39% truth...
39.3% to be exact because it’s all about the mother f---ng numbers : )
But, that’s just my opinion
Also to the post:
God—n it
Lighten up
Some folks have relief in babbling even to vent anonymously
Like some folks take comfort in religion, fellowship, social media, etc...
The important thing is to know the difference between
“I know this” “I heard this” and “in my opinion”
And even with all THAT c-ap I just wrote
None of it is more than ‘my opinion’
ps
Can someone tell me if I properly used the quotes in my post?
I’m uncertain sometimes
It seems “ is if a person is speaking
And ‘ is to make a point?
Thanks
“ ‘
Wait wait... another ps
I post anonymously because I need pay and benefits right now
I will most certainly sign my name to every one of my posts when I’m no longer receiving them from HCL, XBS, GISX, XEROX, or whatever the current name on my payslip is
Yes, that makes perfect sense. The HCL leadership team is closely monitoring this site and marking tallies on a chalk board if/when a specific core's name is anonymously posted on here with the specific intent of expediting that core's eventual demise over other unnamed ones.
And if you think HCL is going to employ anyone domestically here at a certain salary when they can cram it onto someone else's desk making 25% that amount elsewhere, then you are horribly naive and generally clueless about what is happening to what's left of GIS. SMH
I don't think we have to worry about speeding up the HCL "training". They can't even run a Webex or get employees certified.
Nothing said on this site is going to change anything. All that's going to happen is already in the works. And since we get little to no information at the local level, this is the only place many of us can go for support and information.
I don't think I'm doing something great. In my case, I'm just passing along truthful information. Nothing said on this site is going to jeopardize the future of any of the employees. How about thinking about how Xerox is jeopardizing the future of hundreds of people? My loyalty will always remain to the people, not the companies, not Xerox, not Icahn and not Visentin.
I don't think any of us blame our cores. We blame Xerox. And Carl Icahn.
seriously??? you think if someone says something that it's going to alter the course of what happens? get real, these p!ans have been in the works for a while with one result in mind, F over the people who made you successful and reap in all the $ for the few select.
oh let's all smile and be happy and pretend!!!!!!
