What is HAH? A program to pay Humana for every contact made to or by a member. What was touted to be a service to the member it is designed as an attempt to thwart using the funds set aside for care. Agreed, we need to rein in the unnecessary spending. Using education to attempt to do that is a great idea. There is never enough education. This is the best part of the job. The worst part of the job? If you are deemed successful or not. The part you can't have any control over. You are the one responsible. Its going to get to the point where how these companies are run are going to be well known. I think they are all in a panic right now. As if ACA wasn't a big enough scare, the corporations are all being eyeballed by the present administration for their practices. Not only healthcare but all.
Here is the truth: Humana only has HAH and other programs because they get money from the Government to do it. If there are no monies coming in, there are no jobs. When the programs close or change so does Humana. That is how it works.
How about giving her a break, new CGX, ok, what is the purpose? Many RN's, LPN's and SW's have worked very hard in making a better life for Humana members as well as devoting unpaid time to make this program work and make a difference in members healthcare outcomes, job well done by all.. If your time comes, you will respect others feelings.
They just invested in new CGX so I doubt it.

They have been planning to get rid of HAH for awhile now. Shoot I was laid off over year ago and that writing was on the wall then

Are the rumors true that HAH is being sold? Is that the new system we’re waiting on. So much for transparency if this is true???

they are using employees until they transfer over to new system, when that is completed the remaining people will be gone.
