Verizon 2.0 is basically converting everything that is corporate to either indirect or outsourcing. Why do you think they are making such a big deal about "we and me".

Yep and that’s why they are pushing TRG usage down our throats so that a trained monkey could do our jobs ,ideally, but they still transfer calls to me talking about customer cannot send or receive texts and he’s talked to 5 reps and I think we just need to replace the phone and I’m like “yeah there’s a text block on the line so...”
Big Log still up everyday and not closing, Valley View seems too be never open. The Corp. store helps the lowest common denominator usually wild Tech questions,( too many too list here()Why do my face book videos start playing if I don't want them to?LOL) most reps are so sick of the bulls_it they tell them there's no techs in the store and use Tech coach and if they don't pay for that call 611 and the further escalations on the new $40 upgrade fees, reps are actually showing them too buy online usually for store pickups, you cant make it up, the rep still gets the deal without doing much. you hand them the bag and good by. I give it 2 to 3 years in Northeast. Then good by stores. How will the indirect employees handle it when they cant send these people too the Corporate Store," They only handle that issue"

Calumet City GM was swapped with Crestwood GM 6 weeks prior to when they announced they were closing the store. Shady and should be illegal. DM knew it was happening and got a GM fired.
